About the role
Permanent, part-time Deputy Nursery Manager role at St Anne’s College Day Nursery, working Monday to Wednesday. The post supports daily nursery operations, planning and record keeping while also providing direct EYFS-based care and activities for children aged 6 months to 4 years.
What you’ll do
- Support the Nursery Manager in the smooth daily running of the nursery.
- Assist with planning, record keeping and maintaining high standards of care.
- Lead by example and inspire colleagues and children.
- Act as a key person for children and build positive relationships with families.
- Provide engaging, creative and stimulating activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Help children explore and discover the natural world through outdoor activity.

- Experience working within the EYFS statutory framework.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- A caring, creative, energetic and warm approach.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
