About the role

A Visiting Fellowship is intended to offer an established scholar, either from abroad or from elsewhere in the United Kingdom, an opportunity to pursue his or her own study and research as a member of the College. The position supports independent research activities without stipendiary compensation.

Open to established scholars from abroad or elsewhere in the United Kingdom intending to undertake research in Law, with special emphasis on Commercial Law, Competition or Antitrust Law, Constitutional Law and Contract Law. In certain circumstances an election in a related legal area may be made. Applications particularly encouraged from under-represented groups within their respective disciplines.
