Hertford College: Shift Lodge Porter

Permanent Shift/Night Lodge Porter based at Hertford College’s main Catte Street site in Oxford. The post averages 32 hours per week across a four-week mixed-shift roster and combines front-of-house service, college security, and occasional pastoral care. The porter must work effectively both within a team and without supervision; training is provided in fire safety, first aid, security, and welfare.

• Perform front-of-house duties in the college Lodge
• Help ensure the security of the college
